I eat in the car everyday. My normal breakfast is 16 wheat thins, 3 slices (quartered) ham lunch meat, 1 oz of cheddar cheese chunked. Keeps me going for about 4 hours. All for under 300 calories.

I don't have any BC advice as I do not use BC but I do take steriods which have similar side effects for weight gain yet I have been very successful here losing weight. It really is about being prepared to deal with side effects. Just my 2 cents.

I really like the lettuce wrap idea. Might turn into higher sodium but it is something I could store in my fridge at school and requires only minimal heat up.
