Down to 276.6 which is 2.2 lbs down from the week before. I already logged it into the spreadsheet. I should be in bed because I have to go take my comprehensive exam for grad school in the morning. Hubby is sick and didn't even want dinner tonight, just went straight to bed. :( Good night all!

to hit 215 stairs a day you would only have to go up and down about 8 times. I think that you can easily do that in a day.

cereal...I am sure that they will have milk. if not you can bring soy milk. doesn't require refridgeration. or dry milk and mix with water.

veggie pasta and light vinagrette dressing. should hold now refridgeration. It is good cold and you can keep it in a cooler.

One little caveat that you forgot to account for...when you exercise your body burns calories more efficently after you stop for a while but MFP does not adjust for that extra burn after stopping the exercise so I think that the extra 90 calories is really all in the wash. Does that make sense?

I am always able to stay in better control when I bring a dish that I know that I can eat to parties. Then I am not as tempted by the other dishes becuase I can just eat what I brought. Also have a fruit or some cheese or something before you go so that you are not really all that hungry.

Thought on this...confront her about how you feel and how her lack of effort to really get better is bringing your down too. Honesty in a compassionate way could be a way to go. At least then if you defriend her she will know why.

I totally want to learn how to do this one day. I am thinking for now...when I finish the master's degree that I want to join some kind of MMA (mixed martial arts)...any suggestions on a type that would be good to start with?
