Monday NSV - had to put away a pair of my jeans into the fat jeans pile...pulled out a few of the skinny jeans and they are comfortable now. BTW, I have 270 as a goal for thanksgiving but I would really like to hit it this month. That would only be 12 pounds this month...I think that is do able!

I think that I am going to try my hand at making my own spice blend and using lite salt and measuring it. No salt in the spice blend that way I can more closely control my salt intake...at least when I eat at home.

Perhaps you are overestimating what you are eating and the portion size throughout the day. That could account for your lack of weightloss.

For me it is an addition that makes me eat a lot. I have a contast battle within myself everyday about food the way that most addicts have with their drug of choice. This site might be just the AA I need.
