I started the Shred last night but I can certainly adjust my dates :) I'll be away until Sunday so it works perfect for me. From what I did last night the Shred def. kicks your butt but I think if you take like a 15 min break in between you should be fine to do the elliptical.

OK...How to do this? The weight I entered to begin with was 113...I weighted at the doctor's office...when I weighted (on the same day) on my home scale it was 110? If my home scale is right I have lost 1 lb since I started the calorie count =D what do you ladies recommend? should I buy a new scale? LOL
