i think its just water weight, you shouldnt weigh yourself too many times, just do it once a week in the morning, and you will get a clear idea how much u lose or gain. most of our body is made up of water. :p

hey, since shes doing cardio it also does strengh without realizing it, i have the same problem right now. but what it most likly is.. is that muscle weighs more than fat, so she may very well be losing fat but may stay the same as she may be getting toned and increasing muscle mass. i hoped i helped.

to be honest, whatever works for you in my opinion. seems intense, u will need something with energy. before i cycle i have a big breakfast. 2 eggs, beans, toast and mushrooms, then i can cycle very hard. but if it works for you keep it up! bootcamps r awesome i always wanted to do that

you know, everyone is right about this. protien is mainly for excersize, but if you dont excersize and plan to replace food with protien, i wouldnt advice it. your body needs more nutrients and minerals. but if you excersize even though your metabolism will raise but it will be harder to lose weight as muscle weighs more…

how long have u been jogging for? if u just started that is the reason, and it will go away if u have been doing it for a while then, take it easy, do a light jog and if it persist then honestly ask a doctor, cos it could be a number of things not enough vitamins, not enough fluid while jogging. when i started jogging it…
