  • Please stop the shakes. They are very bad for you. Try eating more protein in the morning. Thats what helped me.

  • I've had that happen, usually after hiking I just eat until i'm full and then ignore the rest. I don't hike everyday so its not that big of a deal for me

  • Splenda is not good for you. I spent years studying Nutrition. They've had to take it out of restaurants because of how sick it makes people. Long term can be disatrous (sp). I like Truvia but there hasn't been studiid much
  • I can't help you with the rest but I do know, you should keep track of your excercise because it will add those back to the calories you can eat.   • I log everything even what I drink and was surprised to find out how many calories that led to.
