Good for you!! That's why I love this program b/c it helps you stop in your tracks (if you do like you did and look up the calories first) before making a bad food choice. Keep it up!!

yeah. i did that and was shocked. I was definitely a comfort eater, and would often only eat once a day. I could easily talk myself into getting a box of chicken from popeyes, or to order a pizza. I feel the same way! I have succeeded with WW in the past and then gained everything back. For some reason..it's so easy to go over with "points" b/c it's like...only one point, right? It has more effect on me when I see the full calorie amount. Best of luck to you and you CAN succeed!!!

margieward82, Yes, so far my milk supply is doing great. I've always been good at that :) ha! But yes, it's a good reminder for me to drink LOTS of water b/c sometimes I'm not the best at keeping up with that! Thanks so much for the tips!

Thanks for all the great suggestions!!! I'm happy to have lots of new ideas to try out. I've had Skinny Cow items in the past before, so I'll have to try them again. And the frozen fruit topped with yogurt sounds good b/c it will kind of feel like eating ice-cream when I'm really not :)
