I am flying from denmark to New Zealand with my LO in december (she will be 8 months). Its a 27 hour flight and must admit i am nervous!! Thank god my hubby is coming with us so i have a extra set of hands to help me out :D

I had that problem too!! started with some cheap sports bras, which was a mistake. Im due the 30th of march but my guess is she will come in april, really ready for her to come into the world now. Dont really have any bad pregnancy syptoms but really getting hard carring all this extra weight around and looking forward to getting my mobility back lol

Hi everyone, 14 weeks today due 30th march. This is my first baby and we are very excited. Have suffered from terrible morning sickness but started acupuncture and it helps so much. Slowly getting my energy back too which is nice as i have done next to no exercise in the first trimester so need to get into it now :D!!

This is a process and it takes time. Make small changes, maybe start by adding more fruit and vege into your diet. You will find over time you fill up on more healthy food and dont need the unhealthy things anymore. Just keep telling yourself this is a process, it wont happen over night, but it will happen :D

Hi, im 30. Moved to Denmark 3 years ago, had to learn a new language and now have just started uni (again). Its not easy but i think you need to make time to be healthy. for me i exercise first thing in the morning or straight after school (if i dont have work) before i go home.

I eat them if im hungry, if you are not hungry dont force yourself to eat them. Listen to your body and you will know what to do :D

i have tried the cut it out slowly and it doesnt work for me, if i taste it i want more. when i cut it out completely its hard for a week then i dont "need" it anymore. I now do 1 cheat day a week, this is working now but it is taking a lot of self control, it is easy for 1 cheat day to turn to a cheat week etc. Do what…
