I am the opposite of most. I exercise at night- even though I'm tired after a long day I do what I can. Then I can rest well over night. If I exercise in the morning when I feel good, I can over do it, then crash during the day from pushing too hard. I suppose some self imposed limits would help, but I tend to push too…

As a non morning person I completely understand. And discipline isn't always the answer. I physically don't hear my alarm, or turn it off in my sleep. So it's not for a lack of trying. Can u clarify, do you know you have MS or do you have all these symptoms that don't have an explanation that is getting evaluated for MS? I thought the whole time I read that you already know you have it, but a statement at the end said something about getting evaluated for it.

I just bought low sodium ham from Hillshire farm (what someone earlier mentioned)......I just looked and it has 600 mg of sodium for 2 ounces! Hardly low sodium! I vote for the cook your own options........ It's just so much more difficult!
