I have 1 diet caffeine free drink with my dinner and a crystal light packet in my water at lunch- plain water the rest of the day but it works for me and I don't get burned out.

What works for me is to be sure to eat every 3 hours. I eat breakfast then in 3 hrs a snack then in 3 hours lunch then in 3 hours a snack then in 3 hours dinner. My snacks are always healthy snacks. If I stay consistant my blood sugar never drops on me and I feel good all day :) 6am-bfast 9am-snack 12- lunch 3pm-snack 6pm-…
