I have done T25, 21 Day Fix, Les Mills Combat, Body Beast and now doing Les Mills Pump. I have also done some of Chalean Extreme, Hip Hop Abs, Turbo Jam, and Turbo Fire.

:# this used to be me....eating 1000 calories on some days, then I would be so hungry I would binge every week, resulting in no weight loss, I decided to stick to eating no more than 2000 calories and if I wanted a cookie I ate it, finally I was able to lose some weight.

Thanks girls :) I have just been in a down mood lately, in October I was diagnosed with blood clots in my lungs and one in my leg, I couldn't workout for over a month and couldn't really do anything but sit around and eat. Now I am working myself up to working out at least 2 days a week.

Hi, I am loosely following IIFYM, need to get better with tracking, what is the least amount of protein I should eat if I need to lose around 55 lbs, I am 27 yrs old 5'7 and currently 215 so I think I am still classified as morbidly obese :s

and for breakfast I drink a protein shake with Almond milk and 6tbsp of egg white and that holds me for a few hours, make it every night so I just grab and go in the morning :smiley:

Herbalife IMO is crap, I would rather buy a big container of Cellucor whey protein to get my protein in for the day. Never heard of Advocare and Beachbody has awesome workouts but I think there Ultimate Reset is stupid and there Shakeology tastes horrible. this sounds like the dumbest idea, I have tried this before, eventually this will lead to binges, and the weight will come back on, plus more, based on your weight you should be eating at least 1600 calories a day

Like everyone else has already said, 1200 calories is too low, you need to calculate your TDEE and go by that. I eat about 1800 a day and sometimes a lot more during the weekend and lose about a pound each week, sometimes more, and I am 5’6 and weigh 212.
