135lbs at 5ft 8" is a healthy weight. If he is happy with that weight then should it shouldn't matter what anyone else says.

I am 5ft 6" currently weighing 143lbs down from about 196lbs. When I started this journey I thought my ideal weight would be around 144lbs but now I have actually reached that weight I feel I do want to go lower, maybe around 130. As others have said, more veggies, fruit, proteins. Try a breakfast cereal with more fibre. Most importantly as someone else pointed out also WEIGH EVERYTHING!! If your just guesstimating things you maybe adding more and more calories without even realising. Good luck keep it up :0)

Congratulations :0) I was obese and then slowly went down to overweight and now I'm at a normal weight with a BMI of 23.1. Its a slow process but we get there in the end Well done, keep going :0)))

If you put your mind to it you can do it, you can do anything, the world is your oyster. Pay more attention in school, go to college (I decided to this when I was 25), go to university. Learn more about the body and food, get a better relationship with both.

I had a reduction 2 years ago, it was the best thing I ever did. I have now lost 53lb but my boobs have stayed the same size since my reduction. They do go bigger when I gain and then go back down, but through all my weight loss I have never been smaller than a DD which is the size I went to from a J.

Did you eat any of your calories back after exercise?? If 1200 is all you are having and doing lots of working out I think you may not be eating enough

Agree with this. Did you really expect positive comments. No one is bashing you to make themselves feel better. They are trying to tell you this is not the way to do it, even if you are only doing it to start.
