I agree- eat something light and healthy and maybe take a walk around your neighborhood or tack on some extra minutes on your cardio machine at the gym. Don't sweat it girl- well, sweat it but don't worry :)

I would think going over protein would be better than going over on your carbs. I have the same problem.

YES! I was diagnosed last year with hypothyroidism. I'm having a tough week with gaining 4 lbs this week; and I've been in my calorie range and working out everyday. My dr switched me from armour thyroid to a new medicine, but I haven't filled it yet because I have this fear of gaining weight, as he said was a side affect.…

Breakfast was 1 c egg beaters; mixed veggies and 2 tbls 2% cheese steamed in the ziploc steamer bags I'm now obsessed with; with two Jimmy Dean turkey patties and 2 pcs of light whole wheat toast. Calories= 400
