I don't have just one song, but many for different reasons. Just about anything that makes me want to get up and dance - I got a feeling by BEP, Yeah by Usher, Janet Jackson, Ciara, etc. But I also like some hard rock songs - Metallica, Kid Rock, etc. And if all else fails Alanis Morrisette's "Jagged Little Pill" album is great to listen to on the treadmill -- It's just angry enough to keep you reved up!0

"Everlong" by The Foo Fighters0

Any old school Metallica, Dio, or Iron Maiden pumps me up, but when I need an extra boost of energy at the end of a workout, there's nothing like Europe's The Final Countdown!0

Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy by Big and Rich....and Livin' La Vida Loca by Ricky Martin!0

I love my 80's play list! Culture Club, Wham, Duran Duran, INXS, all those old groups make me happy and get me moving.

Love that people are working out to old school rock and metal although I prefer RnB tracks for my work outs (if I was listening to Metallica I'd end up moshing!) My fave track at the moment is "Low" by Flo Rida but I generally have a mix-tape of RnB tracks that I listen to with some Missy Elliot and Blaque.0
