    My current play list:

    Single Ladies- Beyonce 4:27

    Tik Tok- Ke$ha 3:21

Please don't stop the music- Rihanna 4:27

    OMG- Usher 3:21

When I grow up- ***** cat Dolls 4:01

    3- Brittany Spears 3:23

This is for my people- Missy Elliot 4:50

total time 27 minutes, 29 seconds
  • I don't have just one song, but many for different reasons. Just about anything that makes me want to get up and dance - I got a feeling by BEP, Yeah by Usher, Janet Jackson, Ciara, etc. But I also like some hard rock songs - Metallica, Kid Rock, etc. And if all else fails Alanis Morrisette's "Jagged Little Pill" album is great to listen to on the treadmill -- It's just angry enough to keep you reved up!

Any old school Metallica, Dio, or Iron Maiden pumps me up, but when I need an extra boost of energy at the end of a workout, there's nothing like Europe's The Final Countdown!

  • I love my 80's play list! Culture Club, Wham, Duran Duran, INXS, all those old groups make me happy and get me moving.

I really like Maino - All the Above and Hi Hater. I like most rap because it's really motivating, the whole, "I'm the best" persona really makes me want to be the best, anything Drake, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj is also awesome.

Im NOT a fan of him as a person, but Kanye West's "Stronger" gets me MOVING! Also "Just Dance" by Lady Gaga and "Fighter" by Christina Aguilera.

A lot of Pink's stuff is good to work out to.

I've got really diverse musical tastes.... so here's my current playlist.

    Fear Factory - Resurrection
Machine Head - A Thousand Lies
Montel Jordan - This is how we do it.
    NWA - Express Yourself.
Alice in Chains - Check My Brain
    Pink - Ava Maria
Stevie Wonder - Living for the City
    Pantera - 5 minutes alone
    Therapy? - Me Vs You
    Aerosmith - Janie's Got a Gun
    Life of Agony - Weeds
Bobby Brown - Every Little Step
Jay Z + Alicai Keys - Empire State of Mind
Eminem - Love the way you lie
Will Smith - Boom Shake the Room
Duran Duran - Too Much information

Love that people are working out to old school rock and metal although I prefer RnB tracks for my work outs (if I was listening to Metallica I'd end up moshing!) My fave track at the moment is "Low" by Flo Rida but I generally have a mix-tape of RnB tracks that I listen to with some Missy Elliot and Blaque.
