I cant say I have pain but I have noticed a sore throat like pain in the vacinity of my thyroid. It doesnt travel any further up or down. it;s kinda hard to describe... Its there everyday but it comes and goes. kinda like when your glands are swollen..

I can't lose either. I workout 7 days a week. eat clean. No carbs, fresh veggies,fruits legumes and egg whites,,, weight isnt budging. lost 17 lbs and in a year but it hasnt budge since sept/oct 2012...constant struggle

I would go with FITBIT. It will take your steps . stair count and convert to calories burned and sync with MFP. It is not as accurate as a HRM it can be a good beginner tool for Step/day and flights of stairs. I only ordered my HRM because I have an under active thyroid and wanted a more accurate calories burned from cardio

So how do you eliminate the calories earned from FITBIT carrying over to MFP? I understand how you would want the step but you can't pick and choose

I do Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred. 3 week workouts. every 10th day you start the next level. 3 in total and the workouts are 25 min. I didnt buy any of them, I go on you tube and get them for free

I use 4 egg whites from the egg not the box, spinach and onions! I would cut out the processed/fast food. Your salt intake is IMOO, twice as much as you should have for the day
