Level 2 day 3 complete.Level 2 id different. some I hate more than from level 1. Its easier today but yet I enjoyed day one of level 2 because I didnt know what was coming.. now I know..lol

Level 2 Day 1. it was rough but I had to get it in even after I ripped out all the carpet on two flights of stairs and took all the staples out. I STILL DID IT. I did think i was going to die ( ow, and add bad crapms on top of all that) I STILL DID IT WHOOO

I wear Champion Brand. They make a Maximum Support bra bra for larger bust. I use mine for running and Zumba!

My health. I wastched my parents suffer from heart desease and Diabetes. The left the world when I was 35.they were 68/72. Too young . I get up everyday to another day of clean eating an continuing my ambition of being healthy

Thanks everyone, I will take all the info and do some research. I'm currently set to 1235 per day . exercise is usually 400 calories. I haven't over indulged. I don't eat meat or dairy ( except Skim milk which I'm trying to get off) I eat alot of veggies and 1 cup of beans daily and salads with everything in it !! Been…

what do you suggest as far as weight training for at home with no equipment...for at home workouts? I an currently doing illian michael 30 shed ( on day 7) and Zumba 2 /nights a week 44.5 years old

I just started 30 day shed. Im on day 7. its seems pretty good. I feel its is a better lower half workout than upper wrorkout

Day 7 completed. its rough. Thank God the pushups are in the beginning. I love the side squats!! Sit up are good. I still feel no pain in my abs from them yet. The bicycle situps at the end do burn !! BTW, who lese thinks Jillian talks so much. Not sure if its jsut that we listen to her dauly or what. I feel like telling…

Day 6 completed !!! I hate jumping jacks. I am going to continue either running in place or doing high leg jumps. !! phew tomorrow is another day :)

look on the boards. there are groups for her Shed. You tube has the videos I am on day 5 and am loving it. I feel the burn !!

I just finished day 5. i have 1 lb weights that I use fro zumba and I'm not feeling any burn...wondering if I should buy heavier weights and if so how much.... I hate the jumping jacks. Did I say I hate the jumping jacks!!!

jealosy is correct. It a sad shame that people always have to bring people down. I have a co worker who does the oppisite. SHe spend humdreds on HCG drops. Lost 50 lbs in 3 months eating 500 calories and I have lost 25lb and she has yet to congratulate me or even take notice. BTW, her weight is slowly going up altho ugh…

Thanks all for making it clear. Def pushed me. Jumping jacks were the killer for me. Not good after 2 kids and 32 ounces of water during the day. will have to start drinking my water at 6am! Day 2 tomorrow! :)

When the kids Sports schedule doesn't allow for me to get my workout in. Can't be in two places at one time :(

what do you base your calorie amount on? Is it jsuta randowm number or have you researched what works?
