I get that completely. We all have good and bad days and sometimes you just want to hear that it will be better tomorrow. I love to cheer people on and help however I can. I'm 5'7" and at my highest I weighed 290. That was January 2011. I've been working and losing ever since. It isn't easy, but is totally worth it! :-)

I hear ya! It was so easy to put it off until tomorrow and to blame my weight on everyone and everything else. It went up and I just let it. Sometimes we have just stop and take control!
