I'm doing both going to ww and tracking calories here. I think ww has value because it's forcing folks to make good choices... I can have fruits, veggies that are '0' calories and lean meat is lower in points than fatty meat. I think it's a hook, of course, but most folks need that hook . Also meetings are very important…
