yup sometimes i am surprised by what i can fit in my intake as opposed to how high in calories something is. But i never realised how through the roof my sodium was. thanks guys. i generally dont eat canned veg anyway other than chopped tomatoes. and i dont generally add salt unless its for baking etc. Just noticing that my sodium is always over limit so thought id try and get it down a bit. or alot :) really love my vogels tho :(

i love how youve measured out how many in a little handfull...does keeping them in the freezer stop you from going back for more? I have a bad habit once i open something sweet i cant stop till they are gone so im wondering if the semi-sweet would help that

the best thing is that once youre no longer drinking the soda and juice the water actually does have a taste... cut down gradually if you really need to no shame in that

i find it much more palatable when its cold. if you have a jug/pitcher or 2 you could do it with lemons/limes/oranges or cucumber or berries are good too. i am on a water challenge right now but i tend to feel groggy when i drink too much water so im building up tolerance. for my size ive been told i should be drinking 4l…

Problem being its inconsistent but full. I have a job (which keeps me aflot) I have a business and i am still a student LOL even when i am sitting on my butt i dont tend to get everything at the computer done. but i think ill plan in some breaks like you say and then maybe ill not feel so bad

i have ear problems so my balance isnt that great especially when cars go past etc. i was fine in the country but here id probably be run over. exercycle i could deal with tho

awesome thanks! ive enquired about karate as my son would like to do that. so maybe ballet and karate once a week each and then zumba belly dancing at home
