Brand new beginning... in a roll out fashion

hey everybody. I have been a member here for something like 4 years. and in that time i have had maybe 3 or 4 times where i have logged my food for a few days and then lost interest.
So! I am looking for people who will keep me logging in, keep me accountable aand give me a swift kick up the butt when i dont do what I say I am going to.
I need to lose over 100 pounds... Its going to take forever I know so Im taking it in 5kg or around about 10 pound increments.
Im not so much looking for a diet that will work quickly as I am to make a lifestyle change that will stick.
so i decided to set myself little challenges. basically i will replace one not so great habit with a good one each month.
This month which ill run till the end of september before starting a new one is to drink more water. To make it measurable i want to be drinking 2-3 litres by the end of september and then keep that up. This morning I had my very last energy drink. I love the flavour but they are just so so bad for me so out they go.
Anyway as i said a bit earlier I would love some friends on here to help hold myself accountable and in turn i will ofcourse do the same for them so If you would like a new friend feel free to add me
a little bit about myself...
I am a 30 year old photographer who lives in dunedin new zealand. I have an 8 year old son who is awesome. What finally seems to have woken me up is the fact my son is getting a little chubby and i cant tell wether its his natural out then up growth spurt or if he is actually getting chubby.
I have some wicked bad issues with food. not least of which my mother and grandmother constantly telling me i was fat since i was about 10 years old. looking back at that age i wasnt even fat. but it lead to not eating ever other than dinners.
I call myself the opposite of a butter face... that being i have a nice face but i dont lie my body.
anyway i look forward to hearing for you guys
