Zumba is such good fun. I feel a lot of pressure to 'get it right' in other exercise classes but in Zumba you just dance - as well as you can. Although my co-ordination often leaves me a danger to myself and others! Glad you enjoyed it.

My partner has a similar problem (sometimes we look a bit too little and large for my liking but that's another story). Knowing him has given me a new appreciation for how hard it is to break *any* type of eating habits. Good luck!

Hi, I'm new too. I need to lose at least 56lbs (although I'd prefer 60-65lbs to be safely within the 'healthy' BMI range)... I'd like to do it within a year. I'm getting married in around 18 months so I'd love to be able to buy a wedding dress in a UK size 12! I've sent you a friend request. Ell
