I got one for my sisters wedding from David's bridal. It held in my boobs and extended down about mid hip. It was strapless and held me in really well. I did have to have someone snap me in it though :)

I went through 2 years of unemployment. The first year I failed miserably..gaining about 30 lbs but after I while I created a schedule for myself. I would make sure I got up and exercised by a certian time, then shower and dress. Then I scheduled time to job hunt and do any other extras. It seemed to help me to have it all…

I've only deleted one or two people ever. One was always seriously negative about everything and the other was only ate like 500 calories a day and got on my nerves complaining about hunger :) I have some that haven't logged in for awhile but I keep them for at least 6 months.

5 8" with a larger frame (I will ALWAYS have big hips!) :tongue: before: I don't have a fuill body shot from then... Last week 55 lbs down :)

I usually end up having a "cheat day" about once every two weeks (usually when my mom cooks for the family!) but I always log even when I have those days. It helps me realize how quickly I could get off track,

When I started this "journey" I was a tight 18. Now I am a loose 14 but can't quite comfortably wear a 12. Not sure if I'll ever be smaller than a 8-10 because of my hips :)

Took mine after bieng out with friends, Got alot of compliments on how great I looked in it..so I took a picture even though my mascara had ran a bit.

I bought it off ebay recently and tried it for the first time last night. It was ok, but I wasn't "loving it". I felt it a little in my abs but hardly broke a sweat during the 30 min dvd. I bought it because I love Zumba, and I thought maybe it would be as much fun.

I love the chicken and salsa idea! I i use skinnytaste.com. They have a whole crockpot section that I use frequently :)

I don't purposely take cheat days, but I do have mess-up days. Usually every other sunday because my mom cooks a big family dinner, with not alot of healthy options. I always track, even on bad days because it still helps me keep in check even when I go over. It makes it harder to mess up extremely bad.

I'm a night owl too! I work swing shift so I go on nights 2 months at a time, then days. working a 3-2-2 Schedule. Can make for a confusing food schedule :)

I love my fitbit, I've had mine for a little over a month. It really does make me more aware of my movement especially on lazy days :) I had trouble with it falling off my pants/belt just because my pants are forever getting bigger but I wear it on my bra now and have not had trouble keeping up with it! It is not a heart…

I love Zumba too! It works for me when I don't "feel like exercising". I do alternate the zumba dvds with going to the gym though :)

A little late on this thread..but oh well :) I'm halfway to my goal right now so a work in progress... my heaviest ever- 2 summers ago Today!
