I typed in breastfeeding in my food diary and it came up. I choose "toddler -250" for mine but I just started this weight loss while breastfeeding journey so hopefully it works.

I have had the mirena since Jan 2010 and I have lost 74lbs. My OB told me that it doesn't cause weight gain...like I thought when I first started trying to lose weight before MFP.

I drink 5 or 6 bottles (16.9oz) a day sometimes I gets an extra one in...just depends on how I am feeling.

I weigh in once a week and I put the scale away after because if I see it then I will weigh myself everyday and that's not a good thing for me. Out of sight out of mind kinda thing lol.

I am about 5' 3" and started out at 233lns (hw was 243lbs)...I am currently 156lbs.

I am doing the 30 day shred again for the 2nd time. Its a pain at first and you have to push through it but it does get easier. I just did day one of level 3 today and I love it.

It use to be the overeating for me but now that I have about 20lbs left to lose it changed to the working out. I should be motivated only having 20lbs left but it not coming off as easy as it was so it's a downer.

I don't wear make up except eye liner which is very rare so I am hoping my girls are like momma and don't wanna wear make up. I want my girls to not be afraid of their natural beauty. When I met my husband in 2006...I had no make up on and he was hooked *giggle*

I don't really notice if I gain or lose with stress. I am always stressed with 2 toddlers and my husband being away and I have lost 75lbs...so maybe it helps me lol.
