Thanks for the help everyone. Not really sure about getting help about the depression since It´s way too expensive in my country and only way would be medication, so ill just try focusing on the exercising and try getting back .... :/ oh well....

The thing is my family actually knows about it and most of my family members are badly depressed themselfs so they personally dont care , and think i don´t need help anyway. I think if i can get myself in a routine and see some progress , my depression may become better i guess.

Yea earlier before I quit, (restarting again tonight), I was dying through out the whole video, and after a couple of days you kinda can get used to that feeling,at least for me, but Idk it really is a super hard work out for most I think so don´t worry :) Just be careful and take it at your own pace like you´re doing.…

Nope not close to being pregnant, and no to the next question as well. i am on medication though but have been for a while since it´s for my thyroid. ^^ It´s all quite weird and has been happening slowly for some time.
