    Are you saying our body is "breaking down" 20,000 strands at once? Even if this is the case, where can I see that it is harder for us the more 'strands" I break down? In a given day, I eat dozens of species of plants. Why would eating a few different strands of the same plant be harder on me than eating different plants?
