Nah I'm never actually thirsty, I just drink the water habitually. I sweat a ton when I work out and I have trouble keeping my sodium intake low so I just drink a lot of water.

Put taco seasoning in the water and use the quinoa to make tacos instead of chicken or beef Take 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese and 1 wedge laughing cow swiss cheese and mix in 1 cup cooked quinoa when it's still hot and you have a nice mac and cheese substitute

They aren't very filling and satisfying. 300 calories of grilled chicken or fish and veggies will probably fill you up more.

Switch to maintenance, eat as much healthy whole food as possible and talk things over with the OB as others have said. I don't know if you exercise intensly or not but if so I would talk that over with the doc as well.

I like Six Star cookies and cream I get it for 20 bucks at Walmart. They were out of it the other day so I bought Body Fortress Strawberry......yuck I"m not a fan!

If you have a toaster oven at work you could keep whole grain bagels or english muffins and peanut butter or almond butter at work and make them when you get hungry

Most broth based soups are safe. Small steak or grilled chicken breast with veggie sides. Some sort of salad you can eat and enjoy without dressing. And out of all the chain restaurants I've found Ruby Tuesday to be the most low cal friendly.
