I use one cup of cooked quinoa and mix it with 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese and 1 wedge laughing cow swiss.

I eat right before bed all the time and I've lost quite a bit. Time you eat is irrelevant to fat loss.

Oh yeah. I find during summer vacation I'll do really good for a week and then wind up snacking way too much for 2 or 3 days.

But this isnt a government regulation. This is just your company's vending machines. Someone who doesnt want to pay the extra money can bring their own food in.

I live in MA. Cigarette taxes have gotten so high here that most brands its about 9-9.50 a pack. I know very few people who have quit. People want something they'll have it.

Depends. Stuff like KFC, Taco Bell, McDonalds makes me puke now. But I seem to handle pizza,potato skins, chinese etc ok.

Either book sessions with a trainer or workout at home until you feel less self conscious

I'm gonna have to fake it. Chocolate just doesnt excite me that much. Smother that baby in peanut butter and caramel though and I'm there.

Some people lik their space when they sleep. I for one can't stand it when someone tries to cuddle with me when Im sleeping.

I buy a package of bagel thins once every 2-3 months. I limit myself to 2 per week. When the package is gone I dont buy more for another couple months.

I did get great results with 30 day shred. I also did several other JM dvds. I also recommend Jackie Warner and Turbo Jam.

If there are any little neighborhood grocery or butcher shops arund check their meat prices. I usually wind up doing better at places like that. I would do your own workout alone- be it a walk or whatever. Then when you have the time take the girls for a walk or a swim or bike ride that way you dont have to worry about them getting in the way of your weight loss. And tell the boyfriend to tell his family to lighten the hell up and stop being so sensitive.
