I dont think the coffee is bad....I am wary of Splenda though. I drink my coffee black but if you need sweetener I'd use Truvia or Stevia its natural.

Healthy calorie dense foods are the way to go. My midday snack today was 200 calories and all it was was 20 cashews and a light mozzerella string cheese. 2 extra large eggs are 160 calories so a few eggs with some toast or yogurt for breakfast will get you there beans,rice,baked sweet potatoes will help too

The 3lbs is most likely water retention. As another poster said theres no way in hell you ate 10,500 extra calories to gain 3 lbs of fat. That being said I would eat all your cals for the day and eat less processed foods and more fresh foods. You'll probably lose the water weight quick, feel more satisfied and see better…

Mine was uncomfortable at first too but now its fine(I've even forgotten to take it off and didnt realize til I was about to get in the shower) I think it stretched to the shape of my body maybe?

I dont think guys notice nails unless they are way too long and impossible to not notice. I dont like plain black polish but I do like black with a design on them.

This. Give your abs rest days inbetween, overtraining will get you nowhere. And planks are very effective. As far as fat loss the most effective route I've found is doing strength training and cardio.

Extra large eggs are 80 calories each so if for breakfast you had 2 of these, 4 slices of turkey bacon and 2 slices of whole wheat toast thats about the same calories as what you had for breakfast but probably healthier. After looking at your food diary I have a few suggestions. The first is have larger servings of meat. If you are having trouble meeting your cal goals having 5 or 6 oz of meat instead of 3 will help drastically. I noticed you only had 1 tbsp PB. Have 2 and thats another 95 calories and you're not eating much more at all.…
