Yes, but mostly because I don't always have the best self control when eating :grumble: But I have improved drastically from last year.

This. Self control is hard I understand. There are plenty of times I would love to just devor an entire pizza but I use my willpower and control myself. If enough people were to do this would thefood industry change? Of course. Will that happen? Probably not

Sugar free popsicles (popsicle brand) arent bad and I hate sugar free everything (Im sorry but splenda just tastes GROSS) and they are only 15 calories I cant think of the name of the brand but I just bought yogurt popsicles that are only 70 calories (and the size of an ice cream bar) at BJs. The idea of only eating 1200 calories makes me want to jump off a bridge. I have mine set to lose 1/2 a pound per week so that gives me a base of 1390 and then I eat back all my exercise calories (usually between 500-600 calories)

Depends. I have skim milk and fat free yogurt. But a lot of fat free and diet products (diet tonic, fat free kraft singles, low fat mayo etc) I know really arent nutritious foods so I just don't bother with them. I used to be a 36D and strapless bras didnt give me enough support. When my brother was getting married I needed one of those corset type strapless bras cuz of the shape of my dress. It actually supported my boobs and they looked nice in a strapless for a change lol. I think I got it at Lady Grace.

You probably could benefit from more protein. I'd also up the calories. I'm a 5"2 115-120 pound female and who can't lift nearly as heavy as you and I eat more than 1600 a day.

You need way more protein as well as calories. If you're vegetarian try eating some eggs, greek yogurt, cottage cheese and quinoa. You could also make smoothies with protein powder.
