WHOA! Dude on my last birthday I had eggs benedict and homefries for breakfast, olive garden for supper and a very large slice of ice cream cake. If anyone said boo to me you can bet they're face would have had a pretty solid introduction to the back of my hand.

"Are you eating enough? You've already lost so much." Yes Im thin. I still have belly fat. And I dont see how 1600-1800 cals per day isnt enough "Can you have that!?!?!" Yes. I can have one slice of pizza every six months. Or a few oreos here and there jeez "Do you still workout?" I dont think this needs explaining....

I have an (almost) 12 year old pekepoo (pekingese/poodle) and a 6 year old toy poodle. I'd love a gold retriever but Im afraid when I move out of my moms house I'd have to get rid of it to get an apartment

Despite the fact that I seldom clean beyond keeping up with the dishes and laundry, I dont log it (I totally half *kitten* all cleaning). But I also say to each their own.

Hahaha I can surely take a joke. I just get irritated when women who don't get periods so bad they are physically ill think their craps ice cream because they can workout.

I got one so big once I thought I was having a miscarriage instead of my period. Im not kidding went to the doctor and everything

Not only have I gotten rashes from tampons, sometimes I bleed through them so quick I dont have a chance to change them an this results in even worse cramps

Agreed. I dont just get cramps. I get shooting pains up my back that make me double over. I struggle to walk. Sometimes they get so bad I vomit, get diarrhea or both. Sorry but I aint working out when Im in that condition.

I originally thought my goal weight was 120...then 115...then 110. Basically what Im saying is keep working til your happy with what you see in the mirror because its tough to guess what weight you'll look your best at.

I like not feeling bloated all the time. I also like that I hardly ever get heartburn/indigestion anymore. And I thoroughly enjoy my apple with peanut butter and cup of tea I have for desert every night :-)

Your body needs more than that. Not only to produce an adequate milk supply for your baby but also to recooperate from giving birth. 1200 cals reallyisnt a lot at all.

It used to hurt my knees too. I went as far as I could with out it hurting and just built up to a full squat.

You can't spot reduce fat. Caloric deficit will ge rid of fat. You will most likely get fastest results from a mixture of cardio and strength training and a healthy diet

It works for me. If I notice myself feeling the urge to munch fr no reason I make a list of things that need to get done (fold laundry, organize the closet etc) and do a couple of them. Usually gets rid of the urge to munch

Just a little. But later that day I went to a cookout and had steak 2 hotdogs and ice cream Once again no regrets Sometimes Ill have some tummy issues from eating like that but usually Im just bloated. But I drink over a gallon of water a day and stll workout so the next day Im fine again.
