I put mine in a lingerie bag and wash with my clothes. Its perfectly fine (and is more consistent with my readings when I keep it clean sometimes when I let it go too long I get ridiculous readings)

Frozen veggies, brown rice, dry beans, boneless skinless chicken breast are all fairly inexpensive

Tea will help with your water intake and wont be an additional calories provided you dont add sugar/cream to it

I've lost well over 20 lbs. I'm currently 112 lbs, size 4 in womens 5 in juniors pants/dresses. A bit of flab left in my tummy but thats starting to go away I can see the difference.

I usually have eggs and toast or eggs and yogurt for breakfast, 5-6 oz grilled chicken breast or a can of tuna with 2 oz greek yogurt with one green veggie and one not green veggie for lunch and either a grilled chicken breast, pork chop or steak for supper usually around 5-6 oz plus again one green…

Honestly I primarily exercise so I can eat back my exercise cals :-) But added benefits of feeling like I accomplished someting, destressed and the endorphin rush are incentive for me as well.

I did 30 day shred and ripped in 30 last summer. They were hard but so worth it when I was done. I dropped a pant/dress size very quick and my legs were in shape before I knew it. And my cardiovscular fitness improved significantly.

When I was fat I was a D. Now Im an A. Sometimes I miss my big boobs (not when its hot out though) On the plus side when your a member of the itty bitty tittie comittee, you can still find Hello Kitty bras in your size at the age of 24 :-) (a discovery I made yesterday)

I NET 1200-1300 calories a day. I EAT 1600-1800 a day and usually burn between 350 and 500 doing strength training and cardio.

I weight 112 lbs and I eat 1600-1800 cals a day. You can and probably should eat more.

I started so weak I had to use 5 and 8 pound weights. I still dont lift crazy heavy but I have worked my way up to 15 pounds for most muscle groups. Start small and every couple of weeks try something a little heavier.

POP pilates on youtube are free and shouldnt make noise that bothers the neighbors. I know pilates dont have a great calorie burn but it'll work the muscles

Are you having enough carbs at breakfast? Having a carb heavy breakfast might help you.
