Also black, unless its super strong or really *kitten* coffee then I throw a little skim in there

I am American so what's your point?
-
The date thing I can also get behind. I think the American way is *kitten* backwards. it irks me.

I know we have the signs on the subway in Boston. Train is still the epitome of inefficient though. I can totally get behind all those extra days off and more lax drinking laws.

Out of sight out of mind works for me. For example I can walk past a cake 1,000 times and never want a piece. Put chocolate chip cookies in view and I'm done. So if someone buys chocolate chip cookies, they go into a cabinet that I never use, because if I don't see them I'll forget about them.

What are you eating? Are you eating too much sodium? Are you getting enough water?

If you really want to wean yourself off the way you have coffee you could slowly change the way you have it. Switch from cream to milk and then eventually skim. Slowly lessen the sugar until you no longer need it. Or like others have suggested just have small portions less frequently.

A great love for wine, pizza and Chinese food coupled with a lack of love for any kind of physical activity.

Again, in the States a cup is a unit of measurement. 1 cup=8 oz. Not knocking you or calling you stupid, because I understand the metric system is totally different. And in some areas of the US the word cup isn't often used to refer to the object with which you drink out of. I more often hear the term "mug" to refer to…

Army of Darkness "Do you like apples?" "Yeah." "Well I got her number, how do you like them apples?"

PB Cookies- 1 cup PB (I find it's easier to mix if it's the gooey all natural kind but use whatever you like) 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix well and then spoon into tsp size balls and put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 about 11-12 minutes. Should make about 20 cookies. About 80 cals each according to the recipe calculator…

My dog encourages napping, watching hours of TV on the couch and cookie consuming.

I did Turbo Jam DVDs 3 days a week and lifted weights 3 days a week. I can't remember what I weighed when I started but I know I went from a size six to a four while doing them and lost a few inches off my hips and waist

I was surprised to see the first two people list Boston accents as well. I was constantly told to drop mine in college because I didn't sound professional. My favorites are Irish and Australian.

I've been buying the all natural kind the last year or so, once I realized it wasn't any more expensive than the Skippy peanut butter I had grown up on I figured why not. I actually like it better.
-
I've gotten over it but I used to be uncomfortable wearing jean shorts for the same reason. I started buying cotton or nylon shorts in the athletic clothing department instead because the weren't as tight and up my @ss as jean shorts.

People keep asking when you're due...

Go into your food diary and under the search type in nursing. It should come up breast feeding exclusively nursing or something to that extent.
-
I don't have a baby but I do know there is an option in the food database to add nursing to your food diary to give you the additional calories you need to produce milk into your daily goal if that helps.

If you have a smart phone you can download the c25k app for free. It's specific purpose is to train you for a 5k. I think it's a 2month long app. I don't know if Insanity will improve your running or not. ETA. I know you said the treadmill is boring but the program is 3 days a week for 1/2 hour so it may be tolerable

I'll squirt lime juice into a baggie of chicken and sprinkle chili powder in and let it soak in it all day before I cook it. Yum. ETA: Also sometimes I'll put one of those laughing cow wedges on my chicken and roll it up like chicken cordon bleu and bake it in the oven.

On average: Proteins: Boneless skinless chicken breast Lean cuts of beef (like sirloin steak) Lean pork chops Canned tuna Ground turkey or chicken Turkey bacon Eggs Peanut butter Plain nuts Don't have to buy them every week but when I see them on sale for a dollar a bag I stock up on dry beans and keep them in the pantry…

Chocolate chip cookies are not allowed in this house. I will eat them until my stomach hurts. I have zero self control around them.

A lot of people develop this mental road block after eating 1200 cals for awhile. At least you have the common sense to know you need to over come it! For me it just took time. Eventually I got used to eating more again. Instead of having a 150 calorie bowl of oatmeal for breakfast I had a 400 calorie breakfast with eggs…

Yeah. You can totally wear that bikini in public this summer. You look great.

Broccoli, onions, celery, bananas and fish. All gross.

Who cares what you weigh! Your clothes are looser that means you're losing fat, which is really what you want isn't it?
-
Hell I eat more than that. Your husband is probably in need of more food.
