Try kickboxing if you are looking for a good cardio burn with out getting on the floor and putting weight on your wrists. Janis Safell has a bunch of good ones on youtube they're completely free. Some do have pushups in the warm up but you can always sub jumping jacks or something else Theres also cardio videos on fitness…

My SIL and brother started their kids on food around 4-41/2 months because by that point they were screaming for a bottle every 45 minutes if they weren't fed food. A mother knows her baby best use your instincts.

Unfortunately there is no way to get out of a funk other than to just do it. Try thinking how much better you might feel if you workout or control yourself when you feel the urge to binge?

Yup. If I dont I get headaches and after a few days I get ravenous and binge. I've learned its just best to take my weight loss slow and steady and properly fuel my body.

I think you're talking about Jackie Warner. Im doing Be Fit in 90 on youtube right now, I'm just wrapping up the first month and Im already seeing a great difference in my arms and shoulders. ETA: A lot of people recommend Kelley Coffey's DVDs for lifting, I've never done one so I can't really say how they are.

I second squats, lunges and deadlifts with heavy weights. Doing them daily is overkill Also there is an abundance of buns workouts on fitness blender (youtube) and butt bible is also available on youtube

Whole milk is not awful for you. Manage your calories and you can still have it. I use skim because I dont have a milk preference and its lower cal.

I used to not bother on the days I worked out in the evening cuz I figured Im just gonna shower after my workout anyway but I noticed in increase in acne so I started taking it off before I workout.

Yes you will lose at 1600. And you will lose eating 1600+ exercise calories. It's all up to you but let me put it like this. You can do the low calorie thing but if someone tells you, you can eat more than 1200 calories and still lose weight why wouldn't you want to?
