I had pitiful upper body strength when I started too. I did negative pushups and lifted with really light weights to start. I increased the weight as often as I could. It took time but I've developed enough upperbody strength that I can do regular pushups now

Ive used it in baking before, however I don't use as much Stevia as the recipe calls for. For example one of my cookie recipes calls for 1/2 cup of sugar I just use 3 packets of Stevia.

Depends, sometimes pj pants and a t-shirt, sometimes shorts and a tank top sometimes an oversized t-shirt. Sometimes I pass out exhausted in the clothes I wore that days.

This^^^^^ As a reference point I am 5'2 119 lbs (last I checked anyway I hardly ever weigh myself) and I eat 1390 + my exercise calories. And on days I work I eat more because I am a parttime waitress. That means anywhere from 1600-2000 calories a day. And I am in the best shape I have ever been in.

5'2. I eat 1390+ exercise calories and more on days I work (I'm a PT waitress), I usually net around 1300 (my approximate BMR)

I get up at 5 to squeeze my workout, because if I don't I know it won't get done, I'm just too busy. I lay my workout clothes and my clothes for the rest of the day out the night before a d make sure my lunch is packed too. I workout at home so I dont have to worry about leaving myself time to drive there.

Yes. And with as heavy a weight you can while keeping good form 6-8 reps (thats what I do anyway and Im rather fond of my butt)

I find they stretch a little after a few wears and then fit around my stupid calves. The ankle still always gets stuck around them when I get undressed though

I mostly agree that the human body is natural and theres nothing to be ashamed of. But I actually have seen a girls vagina her dress was so short. So ladies....atleast wear undies....please.

Net atleast 1200 calories a day. This site is set up to give you a deficit before you work out which is why it instructs you to eat back your exercise calories.

Sometimes I brown ground chicken or turkey with pepper strips and make some rice. When there done and still hot I throw wedge or two of the queso laughing cows in and mix it up so it melts. Really yummy.

I know how you feel. Between my classes and senior practicum and all my homework I feel like Im going to lose it any day now. I just get up at 5 am as much as it sucks and workout in my living room. Right now Im doing be fit in 90 on youtube.

Another methd to keep them juicy is to sear them. In a pan or on the grill cook one side so jsut the outer layer is cooked and flip it and do it on the other side. This. There are so many shirts I have that are a size small or xs and I look like a little kid playing dress up because there is no boob to take up the fabric at the chest. Small bathing suit tops are loose on me and stores often run out of xs tops quickly. Plus its a b!tch trying to find a 36A bra anywhere than the kids…

Don't put up with that crap, gym memberships are way too expensive to feel like you're back in highschool. Next time they start giggling when you need help turn around and say "Am I amusing you?" Odds are they will be so embarrased they'll cut the *kitten*.
