30 DS was my starting point and I got good results but as the above poster said make sure you appropriately fuel your body especially if you want to develop muscle in your thighs and glutes. Depends. This month mother nature hasn't been to hard on me so I was able to. Last month I couldn't even stand up straight and my tummy went all haywire I was in so much pain so obviously no workout for me. But that was only for about 2 days. As soon as I feel better I get back on that horse.

On Thanksgiving and Christmas I just relax and enjoy myself. I LOVE the holidays and refuse to deprive myself. If I can control myself the rest of November and December than the two holidays aren't going to undo everything.

It sounds like your husband isn't respecting your feelings. I think it's time to put your foot down. Its my senior year- meaning full time all senior level courses, my senior practicum, finishing up MTELs, making my PPA plus my waitressing job, workouts and all the other things that need doing (I hate you laundry). To sum up I'd be screwed without coffee!

Try eating more calorie dense foods if you're having trouble. Peanut butter, nuts,cheese and olive oil are all greatways to get there without stuffing yourself or eating tons of crap.

This. Beans, eggs, chicken breast, lean beef etc can all help and they aren't "crap" food. Also try marinating your veggies or meat in some olive oil. Its very calorie dense but has good fats that you need.

Depends. If Im puking or um otherwise or can't breathe I take a break. If its just a minor cold I suck it up. I also took a week off last week when I caugh a virus that gave me such bad fatigue and swollen glands my doctor first thought I had mono.
