In many cases the need to snack is boredom and craving junk food is because your body lacks something. Be sure you are taking a good multi vitamin and have a hobby or soething that can take up your attention. I also pummle water when I start getting really in the mood for sncaking on junk food. After about a liter I dont…

I'm 38 and sometimes it seems REALLY old. 95 is not a bad number to look at if thats what you want. I agree with baby steps but you have to have that long term goal to keep you focused and not become disappointed at a small slip. Plan on the safe loss at 1-2 pounds per week by eating right and exercising and look at it as…

When we try to lose weight we expect immediate results on the scale and thats not always the case. Occasionally we will see results in other areas (or more than likely we wont notice the results because we see ourselves all the time). First, start meausing yourself. I did my run and workout without passing out. I dont know what the heat index is but you can barely breathe. I also do a short run when I get home in the evening and I am guessing that will be worse. I couldnt do the treadmill. I get so bored and tired. At least on the road you see a change of scenary and feel the wind.

The one I eat at is 3 miles away, maybe I should run there and run back... Either I would lose the weight or be too tired to eat. Your in Denham, so you know how bad this is, its time for my morning run, 2 miles of interval (sprint/jog). I just went outside and its hot, but its the only break I get during the day to run.

Truth be told I am nervous about knowing. I figure I will get with the owner there at the resturant on Friday and see what he has as far as the calorie count. I am not new to the weight loss scene. I got out of the Marines recently; however, I have been out before and had reenlisted. To get back in, I had to lose 60 pounds…
