Definitely log it. Especially if you are set at sedentary. I have a fitbit that I wear all day every day. I have my activity set to sedentary and I usually try to eat back the calorie adjustment I get from my steps.

When you get your food at the restaurant divide it in half (or quarters). Eat one half then wait a few minutes before you decide if you want any more.

This is the way I do it. Steel cut oats warm up great. You may need to add a bit of milk to loosen it up a bit, but then they are as good as the first day.

I log riding in a car on my fitbit. That wy if I get a false count for steps and/or floors climbed during that time I can adjust for hat.

I would toss them in olive oil and spices and roast them. Then if you want use the buffalo sauce as a dip. Ibet it will make them soggy if you bake the potatoes in it.
