I second the roasting it! I toss it with just a little veg oil (a tbsp) so it doesn't stick, then roast at 425 for about 30 minutes and it starts to get all caramelized and tasty. It's a great substitute for potatoes.

Cedar Plank Salmon is awesome, or you could also do pork tenderloin, which is pretty lean.

I love the Kona too... but I have a bunch of Kona coffee I brought back from Maui so I often use the single serve "My Cup" thingy and use my own grounds. I was thinking the same thing about Weight Watchers. I had followed the old points system with moderate success, but like others have said, calculating points became a pain in butt. I've only been on MFP for 4 days and it seems very similar to points, but I like that I can track things like Sodium intake and the exercise…
