i just started it on monday past, looking to lose inches more than pounds. friday is an awkward day for me to do a double session because of work so my plan is to do a double session on wednesday nights (when hubby is at P.T) then just have the 25min session on a friday night

Couldn't agree more, I'm starting week 3 tomorrow and still struggling, in my mind I hate running so I know the battle is psychological for me but hoping the buzz kicks in soon!!

obviously water is good first thing and i read a cup of hot warm water is good to drink, i take it with lemon purely because i can't stand drinking hot water on its own. but i do feel heaps better drinking hot water and lemon than drinking regular tea, that's why i stick to it

Funnily enough I have found that since going onto my gyms diet that is set for my body type, i now can't eat too many carbs in the day or i feel bloated and get tummy pain, i was eating HUGE amounts of carbs and reduced them significantly and it was obvious that was a huge cause of my weight gain and bloating!

thanks for this... yeah minty gum and sodas aren't a great combo so i'll defo try this! but yep I also do factor it all into my food diary and make sure i work within my budget... just would rather be eating clean! thanks :)

wow, i'm getting quite a bit of negativity... I at no point have said i constantly eat the bad stuff... I crave it... but more often than not I don't eat it!! all I'm doing here is asking for tips on things people think is better to eat to curb cravings any tips people had for things to eat... would be great!

i feel your pain!... yeah I try to keep things like oat cakes and peanut butter handy in work but never factor in home cravings so i'll have to do that, i love things like nuts, raisins and seeds so mite keep them handy for snacking... but yep when i'm PMS'in all i think about is cupcakes, soda and such like!

these are great ideas, and I will defo be doing this from now on as I sit at a desk from 9-5 also. so I've decided today to do 15-20 squats and 15-20 plie squats with heel raise each time i go to the bathroom today tomorrow i'll try something else N
