The best breakfast is..... 1 whole wheat tortilla wrap (bodywise or WW) 1 tbsp of peanut butter (I use crunchy 90 cals/tbsp) 1/4 of a banana sliced 208 cals (approx depending on your ingredients). LOVE IT. Takes 1 minute to make, take it to work and eat it at my desk :-)

Just sucks that she kept 'moving' the food in her pictures. People are trying to discredit her. I don't know what to believe....

Great Job!
-
You and I are sole mates, lol, I eat this literally EVERY morning and sometimes 1 for a snack... lol Yum Yum, triple YUM! 208 cals of Yum :-)
-
HAHAHA I totally would have LOVED eating all of those things.... that's why I'm here :-)

Well this is a great place to start! I'm an emotional eater as well. I also eat when I'm bored. I also like to eat my sons left overs ;-) Though, it is easier to cook healthy when you know you're improving your childs quality of life and helping him make healthy choices. As for the gym. Pack your gym bag. Bring it with you…

Maybe it is, but I'm managed to lose 30lbs and I'm not following it. I get up at 6 and don't eat/drink until shortly after 7. Soooo? I dunno. I can't imagine getting up earlier just so I'd have time to eat before leaving for work, waste of sleep time ;-) lol

bump. I'd definately like to try them. I'm looking for a 'noodle' option. Didn't really like spagetti squash...

I was shocked looking at some old pictures the other day... I think I need to take some new ones to compare. Looking at pictures always seems to show me 'reality' whether I'm thin or on the big side of things.
-
I agree. This is all you need!!!! Track your cals, use the community board receipes and have fun! Good Luck :-)
-
Carrots, green and red peppers, brocolli, onion etc stirfry less the rice :-) Make a BIG one.

You need to get rid of those extra calories. So if you think you ate 1000 extra (or whatever) yesterday, you can work them off or eat a little less over the next couple of days to even yourself out. (work off 500 and eat 250 less for the next 2 days) . Or..... You can forget it happened and today is a new day :-)
-
I definately have some! Add me as a friend and I'll grab your email address from you and send pics so you can tell me which you'd like and I'll package them up and send them on their way :-)
-
bumpety bump bump. Thanks! I'm sorry I have nothing to contribute I don't cook :-( OH for all you newby's out there... search diet pop cake in the forum to get your sugar fix, haven't seen it posted lately.

I've been consignment shopping as well!! It's wonderful!

It's not that she's being secretive she just wants to know what works for other WOMEN during their time of the month to satisfy their cravings! Something I'm pretty sure you can't answer. You men are so senstive ;-)
-
Search 'exercise calories' within the forums and you'll find TONS of opinions on the subject :-)
-
Sounds normal to me! I experienced the same thing. You're doing a wicked job!!! What kind of circuit training are you doing? I'm interested :-)
-
Well, I just went for the demo. Not impressed. Too quick. Too basic. I think for someone who doesn't work out it might be beneficial, Or someone with injuries. But I don't know if it would help me in my fitness goals.... I guess I'll go a couple of more times and take advantage of the free week and see how it 'feels' but…

How do you know you haven't? Are you testing your urine for ketones?
-
red pepper!

1tbsp of pb and 1/4 of a banana. Great Breakfast/snack.
-
That sounds delish!

I think it's time for a snack! If you're hungry, eating every 2-3 hours is the norm. Breaky, snack, lunch, snack, dinner :-) For breakfast I have the delicious, bodywise/ww whole wheat wrap with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and 1/4 of a sliced banana. YUM. Somedays it's the only thing that gets me out of bed ;-)
-
New one called 'Like a G6' not sure who sings it but it's a pretty good cardio track :-)
-
I have a cheat meal every week! I know food is not a reward but I still want to be able to enjoy myself in social settings when everyone around me is eating burgers and having coctails. :-)
-
You can do it! Great goals :-) This site will definately help. I wish you allllll the luck in the world.

Someone posted a similiar topic a couple of months ago. Everyone said surgery was the only option to remove the loose skin. Though if there is fat under that skin, the lower your body fat % goes the less pouch you'll have. I've lost 30lbs and the only thing remaining is my non-c-section baby pouch. It looks like it's here…

If all your eating is soup I wouldn't worry about it. How many cals is the soup? lol eat 1200 cals of soup today and that's it.
