Oh shoot. You've got more motivation then me. There are days when I'll freaking eat nothing but salad with tuna and no dressing for the rest of the day if it means I can have a big mac. Good for you though! :)

It's actually perfectly possible to lose weight with just diet modification alone, so take heart in that. Also, depending on the disability there are activities that you can do to exercise. :) Good luck!

Well, we may not be the same weight at the moment. I had waaaaaaaaaay more salt than I normally do last night (though not over on the calories) and I'm pretty salt sensitive, so if I hopped on the scale now I'm scared I'd see like 180 lol. I'll get back to you tomorrow on that one!

Unless you ate 3,500 calories over the calories you spent existing that day, you won't gain a pound (not of real weight anyway, salt and water however, may make you seem a bit heavier). Shrug it off and move on, no sense beating yourself up over it :) I hope you had a great time with family and friends and have a wonderful…

That's exactly what I do. :) Except I don't really go for sweets. Pizza, onion rings or a burger though? Fair game. Especially Fuddruckers. Mmmm
