OMG! Even if you don't like rice cakes, spread them with a little bit of peanut butter and sugar free jam, and you'll have the best snack in the world!! It's good to hear you tried them again though, and glad you like them now!

You could try Quinoa, it's my new favourite! Also salad or grilled veggies. I also love portabello mushrooms with a little italian dressing on them and BBQ'd. So yummy! Good luck!

I could be wrong, but I don't think you should feel hungry! Hunger will make you binge and "fall off the wagon" or eat things you really didn't want to. Have lots of snacks, eat lots of fruits and veggies, they always fill me up but have the least amount of calories, and yes, like mentioned above, drink lots of water! That…

I was going to say leg lifts for sure. Lay on your back with your hands behind your head and roll your legs up over you. It really targets your lower abs. I also am doing the shred, and it's great! Jillian has taught me all kinds of great new ab excersises.
