I have one, they got it in on the first time but it hurts every now and then and my body started to reject it so they had to push it back into spot. After they got it in I had major cramping for about a week. Not really sure if it is worth it. Good luck with what ever your decide.

I plan on making it for thanksgiving and putting it in a low fat graham cracker crust. A lot of my family is trying to change how they eat so this will be a great alternative.

I'm not sure if the pudding will react with Almond Milk, I know the box says it does not work with soy milk, but that would be great if it did!

lol I use to do the same. I always ate the cake batter/cookie dough before it was baked since "it didnt count". Now I don't even want it..

I hate it. My husband does it to me on our bike rides. Whenever I want to say something I have to make a scene to get him to take them out and listen and then he gets annoyed. If you want to listen to music go by yourself, if you want the company spend time to at least make small talk.

I am in one right now. It was my big motivation to finally put me first..that and I'm really competative! I won the first 2 weeks for the females, and my father has one every week for the males :). It is a great motivation to eat better and exercise.

one half flat out wrap. half bag of tyson grilled chicken strips pre cooked .5 tablespoon of garden veggie 1/3 fat cream cheese makes one yummy (huge) wrap and is about 180 calories and fills me up til dinner.

I have the Zumba for the PS3 move. It's nothign compared to the party that goes on in the classes I use to take, but it gets my hear rate up thats for sure, just not as much fun.

I love my balance ball chair! I have a workout friend at work and we push eachother to exercise during the day. I have a desk job where I dont get to move a lot so I am constatnly tapping my foot because I get to ancy and need to move. I now look forward to my lunch break not because I get to eat but because I get to work…

Popcorn...yum and easy to snack on. Check labels before you buy because some have a lot of calories. Also rice cakes or apple straws are now carried at wal-mart. The taste like cinnamon apples and are low in cals they are by the rice cakes.

Try no sugar added fudge cicles..they are about 40 calories a bar and are delicious...taste just like the full fat ones. Or gum, the desert flavored kind..low in cal and can help with the cravings.

I never thought that I was eating a lot of calories until I joined this site, and now I log everything that I eat and I mean everything. And its a shock to see how much I had been eating, even thought it didnt seem like a lot. Hopefully this site will help you on your path.
