This is helpful but... what about setting your MFP goal as your sedentary calorie value (I got mine from fat2fitradio) and then eating back your exercise calories? Does that work?

This is so helpful once I figured out that there are different pages on the Excel file!! Used the MFP Tweaks tab and it all makes sense now! Thanks so much! :)

if you want to set your MFP calorie goal to a set amount and then only eat back calories if you work out that day (and track the cals burned with a personal HRM) would you set your MFP to your sedentary level or your BMR to eat each day? Have seen both suggestions on this thread so... thank you!

5'5 ~149 looking to ultimately hit 125-130. the last time i lost weight, i got to 140 and then gained it all back due to grad school stress/not enough moving my butt! this time things feel different though - hoping my massive exercise kick helps!
