Imma have to agree. All day? LOL

Good luck, hun. Working out and eating healthy is a lifestyle that can be very fun and will certainly be rewarding. Regardless of what your husband thinks, you need to do this for you and you only. I wish you the best

I added you. I stay pretty close to 1200 but do fluctuate on heavy activity days.

Flo-rida we say coke, sprite, etc.. Not soda or pop Subs Lightning bugs :)

Nice job! I can definitely tell.

Great job! What a big change

I normally eat back half. I haven't found the sweet spot yet so ill follow this thread..

I've recently started getting greys too. Hate it, but having the ombre look is pretty easy maintenance. Your co!orist can touch up roots only instead of full color every 6-8 weeks kwim?

I usually do them on separate days, but occasionally I'll have time for both. On those days I do strength first. I feel like my form is better and if I get tired I can just quit the cardio instead of quitting weights.

How could it not?? Lol

So do you feel the polar FT4 does a good job at telling you calories burned? That's what I really want for myself so I can determine how many calories I should eat on a normal day vs a workout day.

great job! you look fantastic

I frequently do cardio and circuit in the same day (back to back) but not more than 3 days a week. I would probably get pretty fatigued if it were an everyday thing. Having a rest day, or two is ideal if you are training that much.

I sure hope not because 3 kids later I have them. None on my stomach, but my upper thighs and hips (straight to where my fat goes). I kinda wish I had known that before gaining 40-some pounds with my first pregnancy,,,

I have heard that - that the fat just redistributes to other places on the body instead of a natural curvy distribution that most women would have. It's scary!

:(((((

No idea - I mean you would gain momentum eventually but then you have to account for hills and such. Good job, btw!
