Biking w/ kids in bike trailer

How do you figure out how many calories were burned when you are pulling 50lbs worth of kiddos and 20lbs would of trailer?!
I just did biking very fast b/c I couldn't find an equivalent.
And GOODNESS that was a work out!

No idea - I mean you would gain momentum eventually but then you have to account for hills and such. Good job, btw!0

K I bike all the time, my son is 30 lbs and rides in the seat I burn 600-700 in an hour pulling is probably more but at least its a general idea. Good job its not as easy as rideing a bike.lol0
