Keep in mind that cooked meat is actually heavier when it is raw. Most of the calories in MFP are raw weight, so if you are going to measure cooked, I would add 30% or multiply by 1.3.

WOW. That is a ton of soy. She's basically dumping a whole bottle in. The good news is that the meat just won't absorb much of it at all. Plus, in cooking the meat, much of it will bleed out as the fat drains. (assuming it nots deep fried). At the end of the day, your friend is just wasting a bunch of soy sauce.
