Finding something else that makes you feel good. A nice relaxing bath, meditation, yoga, excercise, a nice walk, may not work straight away but in time it may. Herbal teas, i am finding i now love camile tea at night so stops met eating, talk abit a pushing myself but now i love it.

I have been testing out my new hrm with machine weights and doing hand weights, sqauts and lunges. Massive difference heart rate gets right up when hand weights or body weight, on machines drops right down so to me it just show your get much more of a workout and using more of your body.

I tend to boil it longer it is softer. When i first started using it i wasn't a big fan, but over time you get used to it and now i prefer it and actually like it better, just like any changes to your diet it takes adjustment and sometimes stick at it and your tastes will adapt to it.

Foudn when used my HRM heart rate doesn't get as high as other workouts. i am 5'3 and 158 pounds and my HRM was 292 cals burned over 48 mins. Find burn mroe on killer buns and thighs that is a great workout.

Hahaha, so funny my Jack Russel does that when doing RI30. Sits on me when trying to do crunchs and licks my face or chases me side to side when doing skaters. Should put him out but is when i get home so feel bad, is kinda funny.

Hi I just got one too on Valentines day. I burned 180 cals 20 mins on crosstrainer, and the burned about 170 doing weights for 20 mins, but my heart rate stayed up pretty high. Are you able to put it in a fridge or have microwave, then can just take a meal. What about a wholegrain role and can of tuna, easy to put together and alot better than a hot dog. Soup and a wholegrain roll.

thank you so much for that. A really good post, simply put but not going all techincal and calulations etc. I had prob not been eating excercise cals back but am now excercising a lot more and have noticed getting a bit tired and very hungry , HRM on the way and will aim to eat more back.

I am into my second round but mix it with other JM DVD's. Still is hard, some are easier some not so, def feel stronger fitter and more tonned, flater stomach am obessed with her dvds and doing a mix up of them.
