This info is fantastic and just what i needed. Been on same weight for while but am sure body shape chaning etc. The article from Charlene is fantastic, i have been doing lots of JM Dvd's so this could be why no much movement on the scale. Feel motivated to keep going.

I love it, it is hard but there is beginer and advanced. First time can be hard, but you find you get better. This is designed for tonning and shaping you woudl be hard pressed to get big bulky mussles. Definitely works the right areas, gets up a sweat and you feel it after.

The flour works out to be about 1/4 of a cup. I sometimes add bit more if it is a bit runny.

Thank you so much in sharing this. It is amazing, going to gym today to do weights and had no idea what to do was going to stumble through. Fantastic this is going to be so useful. Sets up like your own trainer, can select time, change excercise, and explains them and has video, also has option for home. This is a winner:))

I do the same, i have lost weight. you just have to watch it, watch the sugar and fat too. But hey we are only human and everything in moderation. I find by allowing things from time to time, I don't feel as restricted and therefor don't blow out.
